What we collect

When you book a free consultation, Calendly collects your name, your email address and any answers you give to its questions. When you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send. We use it only to talk with you about your project.

We don't use cookies to track you. Our analytics count page views and button clicks without identifying you.

Who processes it

Calendly handles bookings, Zoho handles our email, WhatsApp carries messages you send us there, and Umami counts visits without cookies. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Each follows its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we're talking about a project, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email support@velsislabs.com and we'll reply within one business day.
