What their customers worried about
Six crews ran off a whiteboard and a dispatcher who was on the phone all day. Jobs were double-booked, and technicians arrived without the unit's service history.
One board for every crew
The dispatch board shows the day by technician, with each job's address, the unit's history and the parts on the van. Drag a job to another tech and the customer gets a text with the new arrival window. Technicians see their day on their phones and close jobs with photos.
