Invoices went out days after a job finished, typed by hand from the foreman's notes. Follow-ups depended on someone remembering.
Job done, invoice sent
When a foreman marks a job complete in Jobber, the automation builds the invoice in QuickBooks from the job's line items and emails it to the customer. Polite reminders go out at 7, 14 and 21 days. When a payment lands, the reminders stop and the ledger updates.
