What their customers worried about
Buying swimwear online is a gamble on fit. Most of the questions Maren's small team answered were about sizing, and returns ate the margin on every second order.
Fit first, then the photos
Every product page opens with how it fits: the model's height and size, how much the fabric stretches, and a two-question size finder that starts from the size you usually buy. The photography stays big and unretouched. An exchange takes one screen and no emails.
