What their customers worried about
Regulars loved the beans but forgot to reorder, and the old store made changing a subscription feel like cancelling a gym membership.
Subscriptions you can steer
Every bag leads with its roast date, origin and how it tastes. A subscription can be skipped, swapped or sent early from one screen, signed in with a link rather than a password. Roasting happens on Tuesdays, and the site tells you which Tuesday your bag is from.
