What their customers worried about
Punch lists lived on clipboards and in text-message photos. By closeout, nobody could say which items were fixed, who fixed them or when.
Photo, pin, assigned
A superintendent photographs an item, drops a pin on the floor plan and picks the trade. The subcontractor gets it on their phone, fixes it and sends a photo back for sign-off. The closeout report builds itself from the same records, and the app works with no signal in a basement.
